Además del guitarrista y líder William J. Tsamis, el grupo estaba compuesto por el baterista Mark Zonder, el bajista Phillip Bynoe, el cantante Giles Lavery, el guitarrista Paulo Viani y el teclista Angelo Vafeiadis.
WARLORD se encuentran actualmente preparando un nuevo disco y recopilando material antiguo.
WARLORD publicaron en abril de 2013 su último "The Holy Empire".
